I have  a better picture, more experience and education than most of the people you will meet in the business with over 28 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries. I truly enjoy helping people find the best mortgage financing solutions for their needs.  Most of all, I understand that your time is valuable and I can offer tailored, personalized mortgage assistance in Hawaii.

I grew up in Southern California and was raised in real estate.  My parents were both brokers and licensed since the 1970’s.  After graduation from the University of California, Irvine, I dove into the industry full speed in 1990. working in several facets of the real estate industry and eventually finding my passion in mortgage lending. From Escrow to real estate sales to mortgage processing and underwriting, I have been involved in every aspect of the business and, in particular, the Hawaiian landscape since 1997.  I strive to take care of your financing the same way I would take care of my own and I have high expectations and I know Hawaii.

Aloha Ginger,

 Facebook is reminding me that it's been 3 years since I retired and moved to Hawaii. Sylvester and I love living here, and especially our condo and our complex. Our most recent neighbors have this crazy story about moving to the island and their home purchase falling through, having to live in a noisy vacation complex for awhile, then having to liquify assets to purchase with cash because they couldn't get a loan. It makes me so thankful that I found you - when my own bank wouldn't give me a loan because the condo wasn't expensive enough, and a local bank would have charged a WAY higher interest rate. My real estate agent said something like "I hear there's a 'Ginger' who people say can do it (get a good loan when I was getting frustrated)."
